    Anywhere Mouse MX™ Model Number:M-R0001 Unstable W7


    (Wireless) Model Number:M-R0001


    A'm having allot problem, I can not stand it any more from this point

    I cannot high light if I do high light I would lose what ever was high lighted once I release (Right click mouse)
    It docent mother what application I use:
    1. Note Pad
    2. Google Chrome
    3. Microsoft Office
    4. Outlook
    The result will be the same!
    a'm Using Windows 7 x64 Home

    Note:
    I look on device manager driver version Installed:
    v5.80.3.0
    I have try to installed/uninstalled another version, but I cant remember what version was, they both acting the same anyway.
    2nd. Mouse Option (Wire) - When I use:
    MICROSOFT INTELLIMOUSE OPTICAL 1.1A USB - P/N X08-70388 PID 55250 REF 2802
    Docent do anything I have mention above

    Hi are you saying a wired mouse works properly? Have you tried the wireless mouse on another computer

    Wire Mouse Question


    Yes, To the question asking me If wire mouse works okay, right now am using wire mouse.
    2nd Question

    No I don't have second computer unfortunately this is the only laptop I have.

    So there is not other way to know if these mouse work well in other computer.

    But before doing (Restore out package PC) by using recovery media DVD, was working okay.

    am no sure if it help to mention up front, but if docent you can delete this suggestion.

    1. Clean Wireless mouse
    2. Fresh batteries
    3. Mouse pad docent contain graphics (Plain black)
    5. No other electrical device close to Laptop (Plug nor Unplug)
    6. Driver Detective register software dint found new drivers (Check)
    7. I have plugged on all USB

    I would not trust any third party driver finders. go to the manufactures support page to get drivers. go to logiteck for the drivers software. Anywhere Mouse MX™ - Logitech Support

    Than for the webpage


    I have installed Both & uninstalled din't work out for me:
    1. Setpoint
    2. Flow Scroll

    It's other way to trouble shoot this component device?

    try it on a friends or family members computer or try another wireless mouse on yours.
