How monitor CPU temperature within Windows

I'd like to monitor the CPU and GPU temps while using Windows. What's the best program to do this? Thank you.......

If you can completely fill in your system specs it would help.

I use RealTemp on my Intel CPU. Some have reported it doesn't would well on AMD CPU's.

    Hi,
Can you show what you do see on the settings page ?
You don't have much in the way of system spec's
Refer to the links above my signature to fill them out.

OK, I see the "GPU" on the larger screen "Settings" but it's greyed out. Don't see "GPU" on the main (smaller) screen. I'm using a Dell laptop workstation and the Nvidia GPU is built on to the motherboard. Maybe that's why it's greyed out. The laptop is very high powered but I don't have the specs you're looking for (unless you can tell me exactly what you need and how to get it. Sorry. Guess I'll have to do without it. Thanks for the help.
