Failed to connect to a windows service, Windows could not connect

hello guys,, please kindly help me..
    I can't operating my laptop..
because my home screen always in safe mode ( I'm not choosing safe mode, it just suddenly like that )
and I can't klik my computer, when I clik that just show " the server process could not be started because identity bla" (see the picture).

. I get logged in (I am Administrator), but many things are wrong: -- No Aero. Only basic gray Windows 2000-style GUI
    -- No networking
-- A balloon message is shown in tray:
Failed to connect to a windows service
Windows could not connect to the User Profile Service service.
This problem prevents standard users from from logging on to the system.....
-- Almost nothing works. Attempts to start Explorer causes this error message:
    EXPLORER.EXE
The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.

what can I do to get my windows normally?
and please don't give me any ways that I can lost my data in local disk D
I just lost my data in my HD and I don't wanna lost my data in my laptop too
