    I'd also go into your bios at first boot and use Optimize defaults too before booting into the os.

    There`s really nothing you can do, other then buying a new motherboard or graphics card or add more memory.

    Your motherboard is not listed in your specs, so I can not research if you`ve maxed out the ram or not.

    Open up your WEI score and post a snip like this, it will give us some more details.
