Hello and welcome manamad mate my first thought is for you to run this RAM - Test with Memtest86+ because it sounds like a bad RAM issue and is the only memtest we recommend.
You must let it run for at least 8 passes because any less you may as well not bother. However if errors come up fairly quickly then you can stop the test see what that would look like in my pic . If you get errors then you will need to replace the RAM depending on what sticks of RAM are installed - one stick easy done two sticks you will need to find the bad one.
