    Hi,
    Should help,
    Now switch your windows update service back to Auto delayed start.
    Restart the machine.

    After restart don't be surprised if more windows updates appear :)
    If not go to windows updates and use check for updates.

    If the cpu is getting too hot (and it is) that could have an impact on game play. You need to get your temps under control before you try to do anything too strenuous on your computer as that could result in damage to the cpu and result in crashing. Have you watched the processes to see if any are hogging your cpu? I recommend avoiding game play until your temps are under control.
