    I am having a problem with my printer can you help?


    I was using a hp 6540 on win 64 xp and it was working but when I switched to win 7 64bit I could not get it to work write. I have the unit in the back so it should print on 2 sides automatically but under win 7 nothing. It must be a driver but hp was no help, has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it?

    This HP website might help you download the right driver for your printer. There is information on the right hand panel of the HP website that might be worth checking before you download.
