Monitor Logo flicker delay on startup

    Hey
Checked all cables, both power cable and GPU's,I've attached a video showing the issue,it takes exactly 80 seconds for the login screen to show.

Did you notice that the monitor Power button blinks as it's going on and off? I would say that the problem is on the monitor. Check all monitor power cables.

Does it happen only during start up?
You have to try to isolate the problem.
With the computer off, if you switch only the monitor on, does the Power button blink?
If you start your computer with the monitor off, then, after 30 sec, turn the monitor on, does it do the same?

You need to swap in a different monitor (or a TV that accepts computer input) and see if it happens there too. If it does, you know the problem is on the computer side. If it works right with the second monitor, you know it is your monitor.
