Have a look at this link: Error 38 - Error Code 0x26 Fix & Repair
On the basis it may be spyware or a virus, you might want to run a full scan in safe mode.
Malwarebytes is an excellent free scanner and you can download it here: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free
that does not help, I dont have any malware/virus.
Have you run a anti virus program and which one.
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer
MAM only checks for malware not a virus.
I told you my computer is virus free I have a good realtime set up and multiple on demand scanners which I have used and all is clean. This is a usb problem, driver related or something, I don't know what to change.
Have you checked in Device Manager to see what's going on there?
You haven't given us your computer specifications so I can't link you to the manufacturer, but have you considered checking for and updating your chipset drivers?
the error code 38 is showed in the device manager. "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)"
