Depends on your printer, and your choices in "Preferences".
    * Always choose "Draft" or "Fast" mode when printing anything that doesn't need top-notch document quality.
    * On my Epson printer, I leave it switched on at all times. Otherwise, switching it on from off always goes through some ink-wasting "cleaning" function.

Sadly, I have no Fast mode for my printer. I have a laser printer Canon LBP6030
Is there any software to reduce the ink?

Oh? According to the manual for your printer on page 51, under the section titled, "Saving Toner", you can use "draft mode" to print documents using less toner.

Thank for answering, but my printer doesn't have that option
There is no Draft option in Paper Type.

"Paper" type? Why are you looking there? The screen shot you show is not the same as on page 51 of your manual - which talks about "Document" type.

Inksaver is not free. In fact, if you visit the site, you will see there no trial period. If you try to buy it, you can't (at least not in English and I don't read Japanese).

Since pretty much all modern printing devices have ink saving draft mode, IMO, the program is a rip off. I sure would not pay, nor would I recommend anyone pay $36 (last price I found) for it.
