    Memory compatibility issue?

    Hi all,
i added memory card today to slot no. 3 (2048 MBytes).
windows can read the added amount, and windows memory test -passed.
i see that slot no. 3 card is ddr2 as well, but other info (Speed,Supported Frequencies ect..) are not the same as memory cards 1 and 2 (are the same 1024 MBytes).
What do you think about this combination?
    is it ok ?
    Thanks

    Memory s on slot 1 and 2 are DDR2 667 with Memory Timings 5-5-5-15-20 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS-RC) at 333.3 MHz, at 1.8 volts
Memory on slot 3 is a DDR2 800 but will work as DDR2 667 with Memory Timings 5-5-5-15-20 (CL-RCD-RP-RAS-RC) at 333.3 MHz, at 1.8 volts to be compatible with the Memory s on slot 1 and 2.
If you don't have problems like BSOD, don't worry.
As Windows 32 bits can only deal with 3.2 G, it's normal that under windows, you only see ~3.2 G. The other 0.8 G can be used by graphics. (set on BIOS)

though i had a 2 times my machine totally froze and i had to cut power off/on to start windows again, and i did not find the reason in event viewer logs....

I always use a matched pair to avoid problems and to be able to make use of dual channel. Normally dual channel only run on even, not on odd.
But as the DDR2 800 run as DDR2 667 with the same timings, I don't see any problem. If you don't have problems like BSOD, don't worry.
