2016 -advice to not defrag a SSD still holds win7 ?

As far as I know the Intel Toolbox only works on Intel SSD's.

As far as I know this is designed to do what your Crucial SSD needs to be done.
It seem to do the things that a Intel Toolbox does but for a Crucial SSD.

Please note:
I have never used a Crucial SSD or it's Toolbox.

You will have to read the information and then if you choose to try the Toolbox for your SSD.

That appears to be the consensus at any number of computer help sites.
