    Printer problems

    Hello:

Yesterday, my wife could not print. Today, I cannot print. Coincident? I don't think so.

My wife has a wired Epson DS-150 inkjet printer and Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit. I have a wifi Brother MFC-9330CDW laser printer and Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit.

I removed everything Epson on my wife's computer and installed the latest drivers. No cigar. I checked my printer settings for wifi, and it is connected. I removed the Brother printer from Printers & Devices, but it keeps coming back ('original' and Copy1), but they do not work.

Have there been any reports of funky Windows behavior in re printers? Otherwise, what might be going on (should you know or suspect)?

    Grateful for help.

Have you tried uninstalling the printer completely. Just removing it from Printers & Devices does not uninstall it.

Once you have it completely uninstalled go to makers website & download the correct software for the printer in question & reinstall it. This should provide the latest drivers as well.
