Computer shuts down abruptly at windows startup

    Hello,
My computer (dell e4300) shuts down when windows start, when it load some driver I think.
    There is no BSOD.
It works fine in safe mode and with a ubuntu live CD.
I tried to reinstall windows on a spare hard drive because I noticed some smart errors on the other one.
But I get the same shut down when windows tries to load desktop during the first bootup.

I would like to find which hardware windows tries to activate when the computer shuts down, how can I do this ?

    Thank you

It can be a corrupted file.
Do a System file check - Run sfc /scannow
    Schedule a disk check - Run chkdsk c: /f

Is Temperature monitor set to 80ēC on BIOS.
Is the heat sink well attached?
    Is the CPU fan running?

Yes the CPU fan is running correctly, I can hear it speeding up when te computer is working and rapidly slowing down when the temperature decreases.
There is no temp option in bios, but there is a "Thermal events" log window, and no error or warning is reported.

It can be that your installation disk isn't good.
    Download the down loader toll
    https://www.heidoc.net/php/Windows%2...Downloader.exe

set Win 7 and choose from Win7 OEM.
Use your COA key to activate

No the issue is not with the installation disk.
I knew it was related to hardware and driver.
So I tried to find wich one was doing this with device manager, and the faulty one is one of my graphic adapter.

When I am in safe mode I can see 2 graphic adpater :
both are named "Mobile Intel 4 series express chipset familly"
The only difference is the ID
VEN_8086 DEV 2A42 for the first one
VEN_8086 DEV 2A43 for the other one.
I have to disable the first one to avoid the issue.
When I disable it, I can reboot in normal mode, and I see the disabled one in graphic card section, but I don't see the other one anymore : there is no display adapter activated visible
When I enable both, the power cuts off abruptly (it's hardware cut off, not software) and there is a "asf2 power off" event in BIOS

    Install the Intel driver tool
    Intel(R) Driver Update Utility

Make a restore point before installing the new driver

I already tried it and I have the latest driver from intel. I also tried the one from dell.
And with both I have to disable one of the graphic adapter, otherwise I have the shutdown.
    I suspect a hardware issue.
