From first image, you need to install
    - PCI Driver - SM bus driver - http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mis...7_V9301019.zip
    - IRST Intel(R) Rapid Storage Technology (Intel(R) RST) RAID Driver
    - USB 3 driver - http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mis...PVistaWin7.zip

After reboot, see if the yellow alert has gone.

You have two posts. You're the only one that can delete the other.

"I trying but dont know what they are and whats they for? "

Drivers are small dedicated software to control a specific hardware.
As you don't have some, it can explain the BSOD you are having.
    Install them!!!!

If IRST it didn't install, it wasn't needed.
Can you please translate the PCI alert (communication port? Wireless?)

    Try the LAN driver http://dlcdnet.asus.com/pub/ASUS/lan...PVistaWin7.zip
