I want to replace

According to wiki DDR2-3-4-5 (DDR5 due out in 2020) are not backward nor forward compatible so I gave the two 2x4gb to a bud, got his 1gb and passed my 4x512 on to a backup pc..

The memory 2gb 2rx8 pc3 10600u is compatible with F3 10600CL-8GBNT - DDR3-1333 CL9-9-9-24 1.50v - PC3 10600 4Gx2 as both are DDR3 1333 (or PC 10600).

I didn't understand why you mention "RAM 3.00GB Single-Channel DDR2 @ 250MHz (5-4-4-12)"?
