How to reactivate Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller

I disabled the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller in Device Manager. After I forget to make it be able again and then shut my computer down. Then I tried to turn my computer on again but only the power indicator is on. The other things are silent. No display, no Windows, no sound. What can I do to get my computer back again?
I am using Windows 7 (64bit). Motherboard is Sabertooth x58

    Thank you

Don't see any reason why it doesn't boot as you disabled only the USB controller.
If you can't get to BIOS, the problem is on another place.

The problem is solved. thank you.
I just cleaned the CMOS. So the BIOS setting is back to the original setting.
