Mouse And Keyboard Won't Work, Light Go Off At Login Screen

They work in the BIOS, they work in Ubuntu, but not in Windows. I even tried using a USB keyboard and mouse, but as soon as the the OS loads, it won't work. I did a scan before the login screen, where it says startup check, and press any key to quit, and it wouldn't work.

The weird thing is that the LED lights on the keyboard go off, maybe the mouse too.
I tried going into safe mode, but the same thing happened.
It doesn't freeze, because the pipe bar (correct name?) flashes where it says the put in the password.

One is wireless mouse/keyboard combo
ANother is wired USB keyboard and mouse, plugged into USB 2.0, except for the wired mouse, because I only have 2 USB 2.0.

If you system specs are correct you have lot of USB 2.0 ports.

Do you have your USB 3.0 drivers installed? They should be on the motherboard DVD/CD.
