There is Installed and Total almost the same (very small difference). Compare to #7.
Second picture before was:Installed memory 4.67 GB (Usable 2.96 GB). Now, Installed 2.00 GB and that's it.
What 's going on?

you found 2 dimms that work perfectly, now try just the other two. Also recommend you try the other two in the same slots, and then in different slots. Your motherboard and memory are not fully compatible apparently, we just need to figure out which dimms are the best. Not that it will matter in the end, as 2.75GB is fine for your system.

Sometimes just removing and cleaning the contacts on the ram and then reinstall will solve problems.

On a old X58 system I once had, a spider built a condo in a ram slot that caused all kinds of problems.

A execution and cleanup fixed the problem.

Hi,

I tried every possible combination of setup Ram sticks and dimm slots and always is the same situation. It doesn't matter which sticks I'm using or which Dimm slots I put them, 2 sticks are working like in #41 and when I put another two it's showing Total 40.. and usable 20... I don't know if this is possible but is there any chance that somewhere in Windows or something configuration is setup which is kind of blocking some number Ram to be use?

Hi,
More likely that has been said defective or incompatible sticks.

The only real test is to buy all 4 sticks as a set from somewhere.

I bought them as a set. This is way they are identical.

P.S.
They were working perfect before, but probably me or some application did something with some setting in configuration.
I didn't noticed on the beginning because was small chance in Windows behavior, and when I noticed that is something wrong with number of my Ram it took some time.

Hi,
Well you shouldn't have a large hardware reserved and don't with the 2 sticks in which showed 9mb's so at least 2 of the sticks are defective or so they seem :/

!

A problem is that I cannot use 4Gb ram memory and my Windows 7 x64 is very slow with 2Gb.
it doesn't matter which sticks or dimm slots I'm using always I can use just 2Gb.
I checked all my ram sticks and there are good
I checked all my dimm slots and they are good. Than what is wrong?
