How do I know if CPU is hot?

May I know how do I check how many degree of CPU in my computer? And how do make the CPU maintain cooler if I use it for a few hours. I am currently using window 7 Professional 64-bit operating system. Thanks.

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 (v6.1.7601.23537)
 
 

You can use one of these two programs I like, both will display your system temperatures values

Speccy by Piriform http://www.piriform.com/speccy
HWmonitor by CPUID http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmon...ersion-history


Speccy will give you a lot more info when u can use here on these or other forums for additional support.
