How to get extra side buttons working?

I have an all-in-one desktop; Inspiron 20 3052. I recently got Windows 7 installed and working but one thing bugs me; the built in side buttons don't do anything (Besides the power button). They are supposed to turn brightness up, down, and turn the screen off. However, they didn't do anything, and when Windows Update installed drivers, they still didn't do anything.

I'm fairly certain that this is what the buttons are:

If these are the buttons, they don't have any drivers. Dell doesn't have any drivers on their site that seems to go with the buttons, either.

The only thing there is basically a driver installer for wireless mouse adapters. It doesn't fix the problem. I have a wireless mouse, but Windows Update is a thing.

Well, I checked, and the only options were to pay to get support (Under 5 years of age), run a scan to 'fix problems,' or use an interactive support agent. I tried the interactive support agent, but...
