    Formatted laptop and now USB and Ethernet don't work!


    I have formatted many computers in my time and this is driving me nuts. I have a toshiba satellite c55-a5105 and i formatted with a new copy of windows 7. I am on the screen and all 3 USBs don't work and i plugged in ethernet cable and that doesnt work as well. How am I suppose to get my drivers for this please help! Thanks guys

    Download the drivers and burn them to DVD ?

    Thank you I just thought of this 5 min ago and had to dig up and dust off a ton of dust on the old cd-r case. Still had 4 blank ones in there haha

    Well, i went on toshiba website and when i look for the windows 7 drivers there basically are none. WTF?

    Does Device Manager list your network controller? If there is a problem with that, log on using an Admin account and see if you can update the driver (keep your Cat5 cable plugged in). If that problem can be solved, then the USB problem might be able to be solved afterwards. Keep us posted, Good Luck!
