Windows 7 freezing games, sometimes apps also

Hi, recently I cleaned my PC, dusted it, formated hard drives, and installed Windows 10. After that I got a lot of freezes playing games, also while running apps, mostly music player, when songs just froze! Then I reverted back to Windows 7, did a clen install. Updated all the drivers, everyhing worked fine for a couple of days. Until the freezes returned. I play a game for 15 min and the the game just freezes for 30sec then goes back to normal, I can Alt+Tab out of it when the freeze in in progress, Windows did not freeze. I think it might be hardware fault, maybe Mobo, Ram or GPU! Can someone please give advice how to see if its really hardwares fault? Thanks!

You are very behind in your Windows 7 updates.
7600 means you don't ever have SP-1 installed.
Using Ultimate to play games is also hard for me to understand.

    Computer type PC/Desktop
    System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom built
OS Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit 7600 Multiprocessor Free
It very well might be better and quicker to back up all your data/games and do a Clean install of Windows 7 that included SP-1, then activate Windows 7 using the proper COA key.
    Then complete the Windows updates.

Trying to figure out problems without a proper installation of Windows 7 is a waste of time. Yours and ours.
