Realtek PCIE Card Reader not recognising SD cards? Driver updated.

Realtek PCIE Card Reader for my inbuilt SD Card reader seems to have an issue I can't seem to correct.
Before going any further, I've tested the reader with two different SD cards, and further confirmed these cards both work in other readers.

I am using a custom build laptop:
Intel Core i7-4610M CPU 3.00GHZ
8.00 GB RAM
Windows 7 SP1 64bit

Device Manager says Realtek PCIE Card Reader device is working properly.

I have downloaded latest Drivers from Realtek site, and installed successfully.
I now have 5 drivers associated with this hardware (3 new ones added with the install):

MSINFO32 displays NO problem devices.

After this was unsuccessful I ran a DxDiagnostic report:
Under SYSTEM DEVICES I located the hardware and this is the report:

Name: Realtek PCIE CardReader
Device ID: PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_5287&SUBSYS_54941558&REV_01\4&2B26895E&0&00E3
Driver: n/a

Driver N/A? Does that mean there IS a problem with the drivers?

I'm no expert but the rest of the report appears to show no issues:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any further information

Thanks so much
