Hi Djmasti, welcome to the Forum.

Firstly, is the USB drive the first item in the boot order, if not set it as the first.

Second, are you sure your USB Windows 7 installation software actually works & has been tested before.

As I understood, you are launching Boot menu (F12), choosing the Win 7 installation (or repair) disk and it doesn't boot properly.
Try to boot on another computer. If it doesn't, I would say that the disk is corrupted.
Fist run check disk: On a CMD window type chkdsk x: /f (replace x: by the drive letter of you USB flash disk).

I would format the USB flash disk on another computer an test the disk.

    - Format the Flash disk to default.
    - Run H2testw.exe
    - It will fill the drive with many small test files and then test (write and read)
    H2testw Download

    Reload the rescue disk software.

    Hello Megahertz07,

Yes I check the USB and it passed the test. I cannot go to cmd prompt as well. None of my advance boot options works including safe modes. I also did memtest+ it passed that 100% as well.

Did it boot properly on the other computer?
Where or how did you get the USB files? Please explain the history of the disk.
Is it a win 7 installation disk or a Lenovo repair disk?
Does the computer has Win 7 or win 10?

Yes it booted properly. After I hit F12 then selected boot from USB hit repair computer and then system repair option showed up. This option doesn't show up on my blue screen 0x000000ed error laptop.

I purchased windows 7 copy from kinguin. The windows are genuine after I entered the keys and confirmed. I been using this laptop for over 2 years and never had this issue.

This came up the night when I stopped Norton from full system scan. I had to do some work and later I closed notorn and shut down the comp.

The next morning when I started the laptop it ask me to launch repair ( recommended) then black screen comes up for 5-10 and then blue windows screen with cursor.
