Windows 7: STOP: 0x0000007B (0xFFFFF880009A97E8, 0xFFFFFFFFC0000034, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000)

I am getting this problem at boot up on two laptops now (no new hardware installed). Previous to this error occurring I removed my Dell Latitude E5530 hard disk and installed it to a newer Dell Latitude E6430 (Dell told me this is no issue)however the hard disk was giving me the above error so I put it back into the E5530. Now I am getting this problem on the E5530 as well. Something within the bios that I can change on the E6430?

-I tried to change the Sata settings in Bios from RAID to ACHI & ATA on the E6430 and E5530

-I tried system restore using repair disk but my restore points dont work on the E6430 and E5530

Please help

Did the E5530 came with Win 7?
Did the E6430 came with win 10?

The error STOP: 0x0000007B is related to the SATA mode that you changed from RAID to AHCI
