    Some USB port not working

I've recently installed a Windows 7 Professional on Acer V5-122P. I've detected that some USB keys are not working, it seems to depend on USB 2.0 and 3.0 technologies. Looking at the forum, I've seen this answer. After running the command, one of my two USB ports is not working (and for the one working, all USB keys are ok).

How to fix this ? Is the port damaged ? Thanks for helping.

    Hi Sk001,
From what i can find that comp came as W8 and there are no drivers for 7 on the acer support site.

My guess is that its the USB3 ports that are not working.

I would suggest you go to the motherboard makers site, Intel??
install thier updater tool and let it update
    note Chipset first.
