    Schedule a disk check. Right click on C: drive - Properties - Tools - Error check - Check now.
    Do you want to schedule on next boot = yes

    Sorry, don't know what else to try.

    Have you switched to a ssd lately possibly a samsung one and installed samsung magician ?
