Cloning 512 Bytes Sector Size HDD to 4069 Bytes Sector Size SSD

I have an HDD and when trying to clone the system partition to my new SSD I get this error from Macrium Reflect: Incompatible Disk Selected - KnowledgeBase - Macrium Reflect Knowledgebase

My HDD is using 512 and my SSD is using 4069 both are plugged in internally using SATA.

The troubleshooting site is only telling what doesnt work but doesnt give me an advice on what to do next.
    So I am here.

    Welcome to the forum.
Please edit your profile with ALL your hardware specs.

Your HDD is 1,8T and your SSD is 463G right? Are they same type (GPT or MBR)?

You can't clone a partition, only a full disk. And the target disk must be unformatted. It will format the target disk as the source disk. Don't use sector by sector clone or you won't be able to resize, (big disk to smaller disk, even if source disk has little data)

You can make an image of a 512 partition from a source disk and restore it to a 4092 partition on a target disk. It's more like a partition data copy.
