USB 3.0 expansion UAS drive in desktop?

Hello. I was wondering if there is anyway to access the contents of a Seagate 3.0 expansion UAS drive, when it's plugged directly into a SATA port on A desktop PC?

Please explain further. If its a "USB" drive then it has to connected to a USB port. If you take it out of the USB assembly and its a SATA interface you can connect it to a SATA port (and SATA Power) and it will work.

It works but the drive is split into 3 partitions instead of 1. And from what I have read, it's because it was a UASP drive. The enclosure is broken or i would just put the hard drive back in it.

Have you tried to access the partitions? If you can you should be able to copy the data to another drive.
