You don't need to install anything, you just choose any room name such as "appear.in/anyname" and it's ready to use so no change unfortunately....

I may catch the dickins for doing this but @mrjimphelps posted this, (I saw it as a reply notification to this thread in my emails) but must of deleted it for whatever reason, apologies Jim:The gist of his thought is your next move would be to take it back to whoever put the new lid on and double check if the camera was "hooked up".If your lid was replaced, it is possible that the camera wasn't connected when the lid was replaced. If this is the case, then that would explain why you can't find the camera in Windows.
Or maybe this computer didn't come with a camera (see Mellon Head's post #4 above), but the replacement lid has a camera. In this case, the camera wouldn't be hooked up.
Let us know how you make out with your "computer guy".
Yes will do great thanks. I've always wondered if it might be something to do with the lid but lacked the technical knowledge to take it further.
I'll keep you posted....:)
