Hi guys,
Recently i wanted to use my bluetooth keyboard on my laptop, and i cannot find my bluetooth keyboard under "add a device"
went online and tried this (Bluetooth doesn't find devices Solved - Page 2 - Windows 7 Help Forums)
It still wont work, please advise

thanks, roy, I installed it and then I restarted my laptop, it then start to install some drivers(pic2)
After that I tried to pair my Bluetooth keyboard, still cannot find it(pic1)
I tried with my android phone, iPad and a win10 computer, it can connect the keyboard.
Please assist me, thanks
