PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_77881462&REV_05 is for a Realtek LAN device, used on many devices.
Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller driver free download for windows - MSI - MS-7788

If your MB is a MSI, the LAN driver is on the CD that came with it.

Hi Smurf,
(got you name from the screenshot by the way)

WE REALLY DO NEED YOUR SYSTEM SPECS

the PCI/VEN version appears to be really old

If the rest of your system has not been updated then thats possibly why the GTX wont work.
(especially if the BIOS has not been updated)

If this is an MSI motherboard i suggest you go the homepage for it, install the update checker.
(the model ref does show a bios update for that realtek driver)

So, I have installed MSi Lan Driver and it seems the "yellow icon" from my harddrive is gone. Which it is good. But, the gamepad still the same. No response in the "devices and printers" menu.

This drives me crazy

Hi Smurf,

if you have not allready done so please download the MSI system update checker.
PLEASE READ the notes regarding dissabling your AV

http://download.msi.com/uti_exe/LiveUpdate.zip

Now those last 2 screenshots have identified the problem

You have a device conflict there both trying to use the same system resource
1) GTX
2) your HP monitor

to confirm if this is the case unplug the moniter.
