Somehow, I didn't read your post with the "edit", Roy.

    BINGO !!!!!!

It is working now. I plugged the keyboard in other usb port, after the gamepad was "recognized"

I'm sorry if sometimes I was too much "newbie"

And THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS, SPECIALLY YOU ROY.

    Btw Roy,

I restarted the desktop. And it seems the same issue stills. I mean, if I plug the keyboard after turning on the gamepad, there is no problem. But if the keyboard is connected when I need to use the gamepad, I have the same issue. Any idea if we can "fix" this?
Why is the keyboard making this "conflict" ? brbr

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Smurf,

Not sure if this will work
from a working state, both plugged in
    unplug Keyboard
REMOVE the KEYBOARD from devices, it should also give you the option to remove its drivers, DO so.

REBOOT with GTX still plugged in

Now re-install keyboard, check if their both working
    if so Unplug GTX

    REBOOT
plug in GTX is the issue still present??

Whats happening is thier both fighting for control. When you plug in any device it's allocated a load point on the USB bus (Device>>Resource)
Yours are trying to access the SAME resource- Urghhh
heres an MS explanation and the fix, i wouldnt attempt it
Change Resource Settings for a Device | Microsoft Docs

Note this is not just a newbie problem, i only picked it up from the screenshot where you had 2 device names but you only opened the GTX device driver properties. More luck than judgement
There are not many people that can actually read and understand the conflict resource screen, that i know of.
