I don't have permission to access my own flashdrive

Occasionally, I download files to my flash drive that will ultimately be restored to one of my client's computers. Yesterday, I installed my flash drive to a client's new HP desktop computer. Then I clicked on the drive letter assigned to my flash drive. I then receive a message that said I did not have permission to access my flash drive. Is there any help to make this problem go away?

Check whether HP Client Security Manager is installed and set to block access to USB devices. Get details from your customer/client if need be.
