To change a CPU with a different kind you must fist check the specifications of your computer to see if it's compatible with your MoBo / BIOS version.

    - The e7300 has a bus clock of 1066 MHz FSB - Intel Coreâ„¢2 Duo Processor E7300 (3M Cache, 2.66 GHz, 1066 MHz FSB) Product Specifications

    - The Q9505S has a bus clock of 1333 MHz FSB - Intel Coreâ„¢2 Quad Processor Q9505S (6M Cache, 2.83 GHz, 1333 MHz FSB) Product Specifications

    - So your MoBo must work with a 1333 MHz FSB.
    - As both has a 65W Thermal Design Power (TDP), the heat sink can be the same (Foxconn 450666-001 Dc5800).

Check if your motherboard supports 1333mhz FSB processors and make sure it has the latest version of BIOS to support the processor.
