Adding a bluetooth device to windows without user input

Hello all

I have a bluetooth device which i need to pair ( or add to my devices) I know the Name and adress of the device.
I can manually add the device as follows:
Under Devices & Printers --> Add device --> ( select my Bluetooth device) --> click Next --> and after a few seconds --> click Finish.

Is there any way to automate the last 2 steps? I used Bluetooth command line utility to pair with Bluetooth device. But then a window pops up and i have to manually click Next & Finish. Is there any way to run this window without user input? I mean to add a bluetooth device automatically if the name and address of the Bluetooth device is known?

Thank you
