Windows 7: Kyocera Ecosys M2035dn miss some text in documents

Kyocera Ecosys M2035dn miss some text in documents

Printing docs in Ms Office 2016. There is a text in document. When printing, in preview window this text is present. But on paper I've got some missing symbols.
It's happens only on documents that was downloaded from net or external vaults.
It can affect any text in any positions. For example, today I've got numbered list printed without numbers.
Rarely it's drags titles and other center - aligned strings around the document. Once it injected it between one paragraph's lines.
And sometimes it prints a line vertically - one symbol on each line, on top of the other text.
Only one thing can help - delete troubled text and re-type it manually. But anyways it causes huge paper loss.
Printer drivers was reinstalled, updated, rolled back etc.
Also I've tryed to switch between build-in and external fonts in printer settings.
1. Any ideas about what happening here?
2. Can someone explain how to make macros that will convert document into pdf and then print it?
