    Print Spooler Crashing Often

I have a client with W7 Pro 64bit that prints UPS labels and pack slips, often like 10x a day the spooler crashes, I had created a spooler batch file that stops/ deletes cache/ restarts spooler which works fine but it has gotten so bad they want it fix, these machines are special setups for shipping so I hate to wipe it and start over. I have updated drivers for all printers. The error in event logs is below. Each one is the same followedd by Windows error reporting start & stop.

Hi Wabid Wabit, welcome to Seven Forums,

Unfortunately you haven't actually attached any files!
You cannot just put a link to your C:\ drive as this would be extremely dangerous because hackers could steel your information and wipe your hard drive, you need to actually attach [upload] the files into your post.

    I hope this helps!

Sorry for the late response, The C:/ Drive link was what I copied and pasted from the error within the event log, I did not mean for it to be an actual link or attachment, sorry for the confusion.

I did resolve the issue, it was our new Anti-virus program Palo Alto Antivirus, it actually scans everything and causes major issues with Excel also, blocked all reports from running and slowed machines to a halt. I do not recommend it for any Company!

    Thank you
