    problem with my external hard drive after restart .....


    i have external hard drive

    today i just restart my computer then the hard drive hidden i cant see it
    when i go to disk management i see it unknown not initialize
    i have important files on it very very important
    so how can back my files
    iam open from case watch this video when i connect usb do that

    note: sometime in disk management i see it unknown not initialize and sometime i cant see i mean like the usb not connect

    Welcome to the Forum.

    Don't open the HDD case.
    If you can see it on Disk management but not in Explorer your drive has a problem.

    Post a disk management image as an attachment.
