mouse problem or what

    Did you continue to run Malwarebytes? Run till zero as you run your AV, reboot after and run both again.

    I've changed the mouse, changed the mouse port did the msconfig thing now doing the malware

    well so far so good seems to be working with no problems.
    not sure what it was. I put the old mouse back and seems to be fine so it wasn't the mouse.
    I think it might have been the usb port.
    anyway thanks for the help hope it doesn't come back.

    I've tried another mouse same problem.
    When the mouse stops working I get a sound like when I unplug the USB and when it comes back on i get the connect sound so some how it is disconnecting and reconnecting by it self!!

    ok I changed the usb port and so far its ok but I had this problem last week changed the port and it was ok for about a week and that was the port I'm in now ????
