I would hard power down and keep trying boot till success. When booted then deep scan with quality AV and Malwarebytes. Also dbl. check that the mobo and other drivers are the latest. Could also check for bios update but be very careful updating this if you're not familiar how your system wants this done ! Is the system clean? If not deep clean it even making and reconnecting the cables and connections.

OK Linn.... The problem was my mouse-Keyboard doesn't work in Bios not even after windows startup. No blink lights on mouse & keyboard even for few second before & after startup. Even ps2 port not working. This happen though I had successfully shutdown windows. My phone could be charged through USB port.

Last time the PC store diagnosed my PC(desktop) and found that my mobo was faulty & so he replaced it. But it was not known what causes the mobo to be faulty as I had successful in shutdown windows.

Seriously doubt you've wasted another mobo. Did you try some of the other actions and can you check to see if the bios is up to date? Also can you boot past bios and have a working system ? Or is it just no mouse and keyboard in your bios?

No access to bios, safemode. Windows startup normally but No light on keyboard & mouse. Can't perform anything on windows.
Tried ps2 keyboard & still won't be able to access bios or use windows. Tried all USB port still don't work.
Last I Have tried hardware troubleshooting everything still keyboard & mouse light won't flash for any split second so it won't work.
Don't know what the real causes behind this. As my motherboard is hardly a month.

Sounds like it may be headed back to the place that repaired the system. Bummer

It could be caused by a faulty or failing Power Supply Unit (PSU).

PSU is new on the first incident & hardly a day or two. Now it's been 8months.
What about UPS battery backup. Could it be possible to.

It's possible, but it should be easy to check, so just unplug the UPS from the computer & connect the computer directly to the wall power socket.

If the motherboards are definitely failing, the PSU output voltage may be too high. Most PSUs there days are are auto input voltage ranging, but perhaps some are not & require setting the input voltage, so might be worth checking.
