    HP Recovery (D) almost full

HP Pavilon Windows 7 64 bit desktop. I am 72 and don't understand much so be patient.
I have 3 external hard drives plugged in my hard drive. I use all 3 of them all the time so keep them on and running. I do graphic work for fun since I am house bound and almost chair bound. Could that be making it show that I have so little space? I am thinking what the red line is showing it is a partition. I know nothing about them. I have about 753 GB free on the C drive because I keep so much on the externals. I looked at HP website but all I found was they were selling all kinds of hard drives etc. I thought I had bookmarked a place where HP sold a program that made a new partition for $10 I was going to get that today and simply can't find it anywhere.

I don't use the email that is listed here but can go and find it online. I wanted to change my email but when I do it says that I am not listed under that email. I will go and check on the old email later today and tomorrow etc if the new one can't be used.
    Thank you so much.

The recovery drive is protected. You should not be able to add or delete any files from it. It is only created to be a little larger than needed.

So it is nothing to worry about and I don't need to do anything? Great I can do nothing much easier than doing something. Thank you!
