    Adding a print issue


    We used to have a test server for our this new printing utility to test out on. We set the test server up for a while and tested this product the company eventually decided to go with. The server was decomissioned and moved to the "Retired OU" account. It was disabled in AD as well. but people search for this utility and it comes up associated with that server and they try adding it unsuccessfully. So they want that option removed. We thought disabling the account and removing it from AD would remove that option but is still provides the option when you try adding a printer function in Windows, see attachment. How the hell do I get it out of there? I have reached out to our Wintel group and our AD group and they assure me the server is gone but that search continues to provide as an option or in this case, an invalid option.
