    Motherboard Possibly Dead USB port.

    OK let's start here:
1.Bought new PC with gigabyte mobo. After two days while successful shut down. Few minutes later I turn it on but mouse & keyboard not working anymore.
    2. Tried troubleshooting everything related to usb pory problem but none working. Even ps2 mouse won't work at all.
    3. Went to the store that bought it they too don't know exactly the causes, so they give me new one. Few months later the same things occur.
    4. Frustrated over that, I brought it to another store. This new store told me to upgrade to another gigabyte board. I did. But after few months of running( hourly running wise will not exact to a month) the same thing occur. After successful shutoff my keyboard mouse or all port won't work.
** Please any share me their perspective of what could be the causes.***

Could be power failure to the USB controller -- can you access the BIOS menu at start-up ? -- if it is power failure then you need to replace existing USB with an USB adaptor card.

Indeed. Could be a different reason altogether why the PS2 Mouse not working. OP does not say much in System Specs what hardware they are using, IF it is UEFI, etc.

I am using ga b75m as I type. No problems.

Are you using the ps2 and usb 2 ( or usb3) connectors on the back panel?

Not likely to be 3 mobos with the same fault. Possibly could be the PSU.

Do you have a spare PSU you could put in?

Which keyboard / mouse are you using?

Is either device wireless? Had you tried plugging in keyboard / mouse into a different computer.

Does LED lights on keyboard / mouse flash OFF/ON/OFF repeatedly while booting computer?

Keyboard mouse light is off. Mean no red or green light.
No not wireless. It's ps2 keyboard & USB mouse.
