Windows 7: A Windows 7 BIOS loader for upgrades

2 Weeks Ago   #21

Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

Will mark the BIOS upgrade part as solved.

The MSIHQ user tool found on the site worked well after I read the final screen of completion
more carefully.

Yes the tool does many things to format the pendrive install everything etc. Then a shutdown is needed
and pendrive set as boot drive which it was not previously. I simply overlooked or didn't understand
the detail. Once the pendrive initiates the BIOS upgrade, the old style DOS ascii screens are a fond reminder of times past. I stepped through each of the upgrades as an error check.
