Windows recognize hard disk as Dynamic/Invalid

I have a hard disk which was serving as second hard disk on the cd rom slot and was working fine. It has two partition encrypted with TrueCrypt. I took out the hard disk and place it in external hard disk case, but when i connected the hard disk to the laptop Windows doesn't recognize the two partitions. Instead it shows the hard disk as Dynamic and Invalid in Computer Management. Why is that? TrueCrypt and VeraCrypt also do not recognize the partitions.

Have seen so many people here at the forum crying for data lost due to encryption
What you expect from an encrypted disk?
It will only work with the key and on its original place.
When you boot and log on decryption key opens the disk partitions.
When you installed the TrueCrypt, you were asked to create a "spare key". Don't you have it?
