Media key target in win 7??

how is the target for media keys set? Somehow YouTube on chrome wants to control the media keys

Just curious what you're doing that causes this issue at YouTube? There are Media Keys embedded in the AACS codes to prevent copying a copy protected blu-ray or HD DVD disc or disc structure. Then, there are multimedia keys on some keyboards.

Seems that I just have to open iTunes first, before chrome and media keys will work with chrome, but thank you!

So, I was wondering how can I do the shortcut target commands in Win7 ? In XP and Vista it was all about right click on the shortcut, properties and boom, there it was the third line from the top, target line with space to edit it. How is it done in Win7? Anyone?
