Windows 7: New SSD installed, now hotter, and uses more RAM and CPU

Remember that on a SSD there is no need for de fragmentation and it should be set to never do it on Defrag settings (Defrag reduces SSD life)

As you cloned a failing HDD you should run sfc /scannow to see if there is no corrupted system files.
