Changing DVD's Drive Letter

How can I change the drive letter of the DVD to something other than D:? Then I can change my E: partition to D:. I did this a couple years ago but I'm afraid I forgot how to do it. I'm using AOMEI Disk Partitioner Version 8.2, and my OS is Win7 Home.

Hello skuddle

Assign a new drive letter to the current E: partition, then the DVD drive letter will automatically be re-assigned.

Click Start => right-click Computer => click Manage => click Disk Management => right-click the D: drive => click Change Drive Letter and Paths... => Select the new drive letter => OK => Select Yes.

I hope this helps!
